4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. WellTravelledWay is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellation, interruption, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Liability Limitations

WellTravelledWay acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid and does not extend to actions of third-party providers.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom itineraries, recommendations, and travel guides created by WellTravelledWay remain our intellectual property and are provided for your personal use only.

8. Dispute Resolution
